I first met her while she was putting her business card on mailboxes in my neighborhood. Since, I felt like she was dedicated to marketing herself on foot, we thought she'd be an excellent realtor to help us. Karen, got our house out of the flood zone, which we had a flood certificate for; however, our realtor that sold us our previous property didn't follow through in filing the paperwork for us.
