Even before we put our house on the market, she was working hard. She came over multiple times to review and provide critiques for what we needed to do to our house in preparation. Our house was on the market for 2 days before our second showing, who extended an offer and we accepted. This was before any photos were posted online. Karen was available for me to reach out day or night with several questions and concerns. Sometimes even being repeat questions.
